William Todd Andros has an extensive background in operations management, product management, product marketing and sales management in the computer and telecommunications industries.
William Todd Andros received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in digital design and computer design from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He then earned an MBA from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He has an extensive background in operations management, product management, product marketing and sales management in the computer and telecommunications industries.
Prior to working at tevixMD, he was Vice President of Marketing and Product Planning for Equitrac Corporation. Prior to that he held positions of increasing responsibility at Telefind Corporation, Siemens Information System, IBM, and Mitel.
Peter is a former Managing Partner of Dalton Partners, a national corporate turnaround firm that provided investment capital and human capital to companies in need of remediation. He has acted as Chairman and CEO, in many of these companies, and has served on 35 boards of directors of both public and private companies. He has a leadership role in the following companies:
Peter is experienced in strategic partnering and has structured and executed mergers, acquisitions, and sales of many companies. He has lectured at Stanford University, been an Executive Fellow at Santa Clara University , and has been published a number of times.

Jim Whitehurst is responsible for all sales, marketing and business development activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in the laboratory industry selling highly complex laboratory, revenue cycle, document imaging, web portal and connectivity solutions.
He joined tevixMD with more than 25 years of experience in the laboratory industry, selling highly complex laboratory, revenue cycle, document imaging, web portal and connectivity solutions to both commercial and outreach laboratory marketplaces.
Prior to tevixMD, Jim worked as Vice President of Sales at ASPYRA LLC where he was responsible for all sales and new business development activities. Prior to ASPYRA, he worked as VP of Sales for Halfpenny Technologies selling connectivity, web portal and mobile reporting solutions for laboratory service providers. He was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Seacoast Laboratory Data Systems Inc. for 13 years, where he sold software solutions and services that were developed and engineered specifically for the commercial laboratories.
Jim has a medical technology degree from St. Petersburg College and took additional study at the University of South Florida.
